IAS officers belonging to 2015 batch and currently posted as Assistant Secretaries in different Ministries at the Centre walk the ramp at a fashion show in Delhi to showcase the works of designers from the northeast. The fashion show is a part of the two-day festival ‘North East Calling’, organized by the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER). “For the first time in the history of the country - IAS officers on the ramp!
