The delegates have begun to arrive, last-minute touches have been put in the metrics of animated colors artistic strokes and opposed to this put up. This is the run up to the biggest cine fest of the country and the first of this millennium. The 31st International Film Festival of India was inaugurated in New Delhi on the 10th of January. The festival which will beyond until the 20th of the month has on menu more than 200 films from 35 countries which will be screened at different venues around the city. An official of International Film Festival of India speaks about the event.
