These fresh greens are already giving us recipe ideas. Organically grown and fresh in the late spring these green cabbages look like a flower bed of greens. Cilantro flowering and maturing to be harvested as coriander seeds. The bandh gobi tends to have insect damage as it has been organically grown without fertilizers or pesticides.
