Street vendors selling chai or tea are common in New Delhi. Locally named Chaiwalla, these street vendors sell tea made on the roadside itself. Their businesses were affected due to the Corona Lockdown and the safety concern over consuming tea in the open. Customers seem to have lowered their guard down as Delhi crawls back to its normal routine.
