A Wahid Biryani food stall at Hunar Haat serves Lucknow-style Awadhi and Mughlai cuisine from an open-air festival setup. Large cooking vessels, or degchis, and food preparation counters are arranged behind the purple and pink branded stall displaying “Awadhi Zayka” and the Hunar Haat logo. Bright orange marinated skewers and whole roasted chickens hang near the serving and grilling area. Staff members wearing yellow shirts, white aprons, hairnets, and face masks prepare food over a charcoal grill. Freshly prepared food items and serving stations are arranged in front of the counter, while outdoor festival tents and other structures are visible in the background.
