Weaving is a interesting process. The weavers can be of age. On school vacation, Most of students in rural Bhutan does weaving as in temporarily job to cover up their school expenses. In the beginning of the video, you would be able to see the traditional collections of Bangchung (Bhutanese Plate),Baskets, Hats made out of Bamboo along with Woven Fabrics The majority of woven products are created with one of three basic weaves: plain weave, satin weave, or twill.
