On the busy Yusuf Sarai road, many office commuters shuttle between Green Park, Aurobindo Market, Hauz Khas and AIIMS. These street food sellers do brisk business selling their deep fried delicious yet unhealthy kachori / kachauri fare, after preparing it with the stuffing on a large open pan, being fried with a flame fed by a LPG gas cylinder.
