The new Naoriji Nagar and other colony developments by the government have turned Delhi into a semi high-rise city, despite the Lutyens' Delhi restrictions and plans to retain its old look and character. A busy rush of morning traffic at Ring Road with the high rise buildings of the government housing project and the foreground of the steel art near the flyover. New Delhi does not look like it's in the throes of a global pandemic with the number of people moving outside their homes, in time lapse and real time.
