The tall creamy-coloured new government buildings and the Safdarjung staff quarters are on one side,m and spring-time blooms make Delhi look cheery. A time-lapse post-lunch with a constant flow of traffic till the late evening. White cabs, yellow and green autos, two-wheelers, public transport vehicles, and bicycles plying of this road.
