A local shopping hub from back then, perhaps? The women wear gajras or flower malas in their hair. In early 80's and 90's Fun-Fair was the only perfect entertainment place to be with your family or loved ones. Gadgets and technology have left many such things out which was enjoyed the most during 80's and 90's era. Kids play at the Chennai fair and families eat papad.
