The city of New Delhi is infested with rats! You see them on pavements, along the main Ring Road, even on the verges between two sides of traffic on the roads. They feed on left over food, scraps thrown from cars, and from passersby and dhabas. As evening falls, the rats emerge and for the rest of the night, the city is owned by them... Small and large, mice and rats, field rats of all sizes. They rule the night! At 4:20, the big bully of a rat turns up and sends the smaller rats scurrying for cover, even stealing their food!
