Artists of Cham Traditional Art Group from Vietnam perform at the Ramayana Festival of ASEAN Countries, New Delhi. Cham traditional art group. Katey Festival is the major festival of the Cham ethnic community of Vietnam it is held in ancient temples to commemorate the dead and to honor the heroes who laid their lives for the country. It reflects the Cham culture, their costume, their offerings and musical instruments and traditions in full glory. Every year when Tak Lao flowers bloom, Cham people participate in this festival with all their effervescence and their music dance and Saranai trumpets create a very vibrant atmosphere.
