The local postman cycles out of India Post's Post Office in Safdarjung Enclave in New Delhi, and goes on his dakiya rounds to deliver letters, parcels, Money Orders and more... His work done, he cycles back in to the post office to return undelivered mail and continues his duties of sorting mail.
