The Covid19 numbers may have come down post the second wave, as everyone infectable in Delhi seems to have already been infected and either died or recovered, but the rush outside Safdarjung Hospital seems to be absent, with few takers for the ambulances which got greedy during the sickness wave and started to charge Rs. 20, 000 for a 5 km. journey...
