Carrying drinking water away in non food grade industrial plastic packets may not be the best idea, but when drinking water is tough to find, anything will do. The municipal authorities (NDMC is the New Delhi Municipal Council) have provided low-cost drinking water through a water dispensing coin-operated machine near AIIMS - the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, or the largest hospital in Asia.
