Rosogullas get canned after sterilising tins: Famous KC Das from Kolkata

At KC Das, Kolkata, a worker is sterilising the tin cans which are going to be use for Rosogullas packing. He is wearing a mask and head cap. He is taking out the cans from clod water and putting it in hot boiling water. With the help of tongs he is pouring cans deep in the water. After sterilising cans he is taking out the cans with the help of tongs. Not only cans, tin covers are also sterilised in the same way.Behind him another person is preparing delicious Rosogullas which are going to be packed in these sterilised cans. Sterilising of tin cans is very necessary to kill all the bacteria before any further process. Food packed in tin cans last long and they are very good food preserver. They are travel-friendly too.
