Here, he is seen teeling the beads of his rosary, chanting, and giving blessings to many people who have gathered in Key Gompa in Spiti, Himachal Pradesh, North India for the Kalchakra festival. The Buddhist festival of the Kalchakra being presided over by the religious and political head of the Tibetan people in exile in India. The festival was held, in this particular instance, at the Buddhist monastery, the Key Gompa in Spiti in Himachal Pradesh, India.
