This is a medium sized everyday bread. The simple one. Everyone has it for breakfast with butter or jam. This is being prepared in tandoor or hot oven. This is one of the things that Kashmiris miss when they are not in Kashmir. The cook takes the bread out from the tandoon and keep them in a tray.
