His Holiness the Dalai Lama for the Kalachakra ceremony which coincided with the millennium anniversary celebrations of the Tabo monastery in 1996. The ceremony was attended by thousands of Buddhists from across the world. Buddhist monks from around the world gathered for this special Buddhist ceremony in Tabo monastery, Spiti valley, Himachal Pradesh.
