The 'small domed buildings' as the name Chhoti Gumti implies refers to the low height and relatively small area of 8 square meters that the structure occupies. The dome and the battlemented parapet around it appear large in proportion to the low walls. The remnants of a grave in it tell us that it was a tomb but it is not known who is buried as there is no historical record of it. the style and the ornamentation of building, such as the painted medallion on the ceiling of the dome, suggest that it belongs to the Lodi Period.
