A busy K. R. Market or Krishna Rajendra market, also known as City Market is the largest wholesale market dealing with commodities in Bengaluru, which is the capital of southern state of India. Bright yellow, pink and orange flowers are sold on pavements by men and women. Varieties of fruits, vegetables, dates, and wreaths of flowers are sold in the middle of hustle and bustle of Bangalore streets. Hundreds of people pass by on this one-way road market. An old woman sells fresh lime and lemons, even as some sell grapes, bananas, pomegrenates, chikoo, apple, orange. At a corner a man sells dry fruit and a woman sells spices and condiments.
