The Famous Indian music composer, Bappi Lahiri talks about his film 'Lal Darja' during the Indian Film festival in 1997. He tells the interviewer that he came to Indian film festival just for the film 'Lal Darja' not to represent film industry. Bappi Lahiri came to days earlier from London just for his film "Lal Darja" which is directed by Buddhadev Dasgupta. He also tells that his film is not hindi film but Bengali film and it is regional film and it will get success in regional territory. Lal Darja (English language: The Red Door) is a 1997 Bengali allegorical drama film about a Kolkata dentist Dr. Nabin Dutta who fears becoming a cripple. Directed and written by Buddhadev Dasgupta, he film won the Golden Lotus Award for Best Film at the Indian National Film Awards. Source : wiki This
