Mrinal Sen reading out the recognition of fundamental human rights and duties. He said to take special note of page one as it speaks of the law to protect an individuals' right and the society. The law is not always accessible to all people, that is why, at the end of page one and two it is written ' this is particularly true of the present population who are able now by and large unorganised looking as these law and orders missionary of the state to silence the message". Mrinal Sen is an Indian filmmaker based in Kolkata.On July 24, 2012, Mrinal Sen was not invited to the function organised by West Bengal government to felicitate film personalities from the State.
