One cannot go more low tech than this... The road-side solution for a nail in your car tyre, to repair a tubeless radial's tyre puncture is to put soap solution around the tyre and place it in a tub of water, to look for air bubbles. Then the identified nail is pulled out with pliers and a hot rubber patch is inserted into the hole with a metal screw driver, the rubber is cut off at the tip and the hope is that the rubber will wear into the hole and close it tightly. After filling, the tyre pressure is checked and the gap closed around once more...
