Traffic in South Extension during rush hour in Delhi. Traffic snarls are a common sight during peak hours. The jams are common throughout the day, as there is office-rush in the morning and evening. Ring road gets a lot of commercial traffic after 11 am till late evening. One of the posh markets in Delhi, South Extension is situated on the Ring Road, just east of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS). Popularly known as South Ex, it is divided into two parts - Part I and Part II.
