At this stall from Odiya artisans, one can find several handmade home decoration items. Colorful embroidery on sofa cover looks appealing for customers. Miniature Lord Jagannath with Balabhadra and Subhadra are craved out of wood for sale by these artisans for sale. The ministry of tourism in collaboration with other central ministries, state governments and Stakeholders organized a “Paryatan Parv” across the country from the 16th to 27th September 2018. The Parv was organized with the objective of drawing focus on the benefits of tourism, showcasing the cultural diversity of the country and reinforcing the principle of tourism for all Paryatan Parv 2018 had three main components like it had last year: Dekho Apna Desh, Tourism for All and Tourism and Governance.
