Customers have a wide variety of goods they can find on stalls by artisans coming from across the nation. From clothes made of materials that come from that particular state to toys made of wood, clay, lac, etc. The ministry of tourism in collaboration with other central ministries, state governments and Stakeholders organized a “Paryatan Parv” across the country from the 16th to 27th September 2018. The Parv was organized with the objective of drawing focus on the benefits of tourism, showcasing the cultural diversity of the country and reinforcing the principle of tourism for all Paryatan Parv 2018 had three main components like it had last year: Dekho Apna Desh, Tourism for All and Tourism and Governance.
