Actress Neetu Chandra speaks about how she was selected for her role in Madhur Bhandarkar’s film Traffic Signal. She recalls reading that Bhandarkar was looking for an actress whose appearance resembled Smita Patil and Manisha Koirala. Chandra says she approached the director while she was also performing theatre and later underwent a look test. She explains that she was selected for the role after the look test.
