From an old antique monument and neighbouring buildings, and negotiating iron fences and rusting steel girders, village boys jump into the equally old well at the Nizamuddin Dargah in New Delhi, India. Scampering up walls, using crevices as foot-holds, they make their way to the top of the building! One way to deal with the 45 degrees Celcius summer heat of 2012, and lots of spare summer-time... One can even see the remnants of historic filigree-work and semi-precious stone inlay-work in the monuments around! Young boys of Nizamuddin area plunge into the baoli for the fun of the sport. This baoli or step-well at Nizamuddin was built by Hazrat Nizamuddin Auliya in the years 1321-22; it has a dargah attached to it and many pilgrims consider its water as holy, it is a major convergence point
