Deepika Mehta teaches Yoga at International Yoga Festival organised by Parmarth Ashram in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, India. Deepika Mehta teaches the ancient practise of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, with an emphasis on the union of breath, alignment and flowing series of postures, offering a powerful dynamic physical and spiritual practice to open up to the core of the body, mind and freedom of the present moment. She lays emphasis on strength, endurance, flexibility as well as the internal healing spiritual awareness. She was the master trainer on the Indian reality show 'The Biggest Loser', and has trained Bollywood celebrities.
