The Persian Lilac tree is similar to Neem and is found in abundance in Delhi and attracts a number of urban bird species because of its tall and strong branches and the fruits which are a staple for frugivores. In the winters this is what the tree and fruit look like. The fruits dried up in bunches are seen hanging from the branches.
