Indian politician speaks about the companies act. He says " Iron and steel companies amalgamation act 1952, The second is Indian iron and steel companies taking over management act 1972, Cotton cloth act 1918, and Cotton textile cess act 1948. The government has decided to repeal all these four acts. There are smaller reasons for them. the basic reason for all four of them is that they are outlet their utility they are not needed in changing environment and their is no point to be then of the part of statue. The objectives of these laws are either fulfil in some cases or almost have irrelevant in new atmosphere.
