Traffic is back with a bang in Delhi after New Year celebrations and the new beginning is set in motion but not for the congestion on the streets of the National Capital. We take a look at the ever-increasing number of vehicles every day in the National Capital. Environmental deterioration along with the rising numbers of vehicles and the winter cloud is not helping.
