The India Gate is closed to public viewing in the wake of the Corona outbreak but the streets outside the landmark in the capital city are bustling with activities in the evening. The festive season is here in India despite the high number of Corona infections per day and people throng the streets in hundreds in the evening. The music and chatter from small vendors selling trinkets, toys, tea fills the air. Music from the small toy seller's cart or the popcorn seller's cart, chatter from visitors and customers.
