Ziro, Arunchal has a rich and abundant flora and fauna. Strewn with loft and verdant paddy fields the hillocks around the Ziro valley offer great landscapes and are a scenic delight. The main attraction of Ziro is the paddy and fish rearing culture of the Apatanis. Fishes are reared in the terraced paddy fields of Ziro after the paddy has been planted in a very organized and systematic way. This unique culture of rearing fish is a must see.
