The male peacock displays while the other males and females hang around nonchalantly, not terribly interested in his antics. The Pali - Jodhpur highway is close at hand, with some traffic. The area is being cut into colony blocks and plots and it is inevitable that over time this place will be heavily truncated and limited from a wildlife perspective. For now, the sheep graze happily.
