So strong is the will to learn, educate one's self and families, and to improve one's lot, that these very hard worked coal mine workers slog through the day in the sweaty mine shafts of the netherworld only to surface at night and learn and study in the light of gas lanterns in this village school built for coal miners in India. This is why India will get ahead and survive, and even flourish, in years to come!
