A plan view of Laxmi Nagar in Delhi. While this view may be stunning, it also shows the abject crowding and poor urban conditions in which a majority of city-dwelling Indians exist. This is not a model of urban planning that the New India needs to emulate, certainly. The inevitable air pollution, human crowding and other factors can barely get mitigated by the few and far between trees. Where will breathable oxygen come from when thousands of air-conditioners spew out CFC's and heat? What a gloomily depressing smoggy view of Delhi city in the smog of a poor air day in north India, thanks to crop burning, farm fores, vehicular exhaust, atmospheric dust, diesel generator fumes, winter leaf and garbage / trash burning and an early winter inversion layer.Smog in India, smoggy Delhi, delhi smog
