But the flow of traffic in the National Capital is at its peak everyday post the lockdown. SUVs, sedans, auto rickshaws, two-wheelers jam packed on the streets. Street vendors selling the Tricolour flag are seen between cars and public transport buses. The sky is gray with heavy clouds and the movement of traffic is alarming.
