A pair of rough bulls fight it out on the streets of Meerut town in Uttar Pradesh, India. They stop traffic, hold up a bus and fight it out, horns locked! To top it all, they plough into an innocent pedestrian and drop him to the road! What chaos and mayhem, combined with lawlessness. Sounds like the Indian government! Only in India...
