This little chick was over-enthusiastic and tipped out of its nest. It has fallen out of its nest and from the tree and lies helplessly on the ground, looking both scared and foolish. See how the rescue takes place. The parents continue to feed one chick while waiting for the right time to descend to the fallen chick and help it to safety. A Common Myna visits the already inhabited nest of a House Crow couple, and checks out the construction and interiors. The Crow chases it off and brings in a dry piece of chapatti for the chicks to eat. When the crow flies off, back comes the myna! The chicks are now much larger, and their orange gapes have turned more burgundy-red in colour. The fledglings are now almost ready to fly!
