This is our Himalayan and cold weather plant nursery in the plains of north India, at the Wilderness Orchard. The seeds have been planted in late autumn and early winter, and will sprout through the favourable winter months, into early spring, when they will be carried up to the Western Himalaya, and trans-planted into the field and in beds at our Himalayan botanical gardens at Jabbarkhet in Landour-Mussoorie, Uttarakhand. A sneak peek of our flower garden at Wilderness Orchard, Delhi in winter. We are looking forward to lush and colourful flowers that will be seen in the next few weeks. Some plants have started budding while others are wrestling with the soil to germinate inside the pots filled in organic manure. You can see the fresh growth od geraniums, Zinnia saplings in the flower pot
