A rafting instructor demonstrates how to wear a life jacket. He says, "These are the life-jackets and they can lift up to 120 kg of weight. They come in three sizes medium, small, large and extra large. If you are wearing a bigger jacket that might not be comfortable. Another thing is helmets. These helmets have buckles close the buckles not so much tightly leave the gap for two fingers.
