A throwback to the 1990's at Delhi High Court when security was lower, stress levels far better and lawyers milled around the complex is a more easy-going fashion. Typists still prepared documents on manual typewriters with ribbons, notaries sat around and pushed their notarization offerings - how the court systems have changed in India, and how Delhi High Court has changed over the years... Stamp paper actually comprises of judicial stamps attached to legal papers and not only stamped legal paper sheets. See the court complex before the fancy new building was made.
