Indian farmers ploughing their fields manually using oxen at a village in Southern India. They also use ox cart to transport their crops from one place to another. Traditional ploughing of farms by using iron ploughs and bulls was one of the major professions of farmers in almost all villages in the near past. But the advent of modern ploughing machines has forced the traditional ploughing method into dark. Considering the fast changing technological improvements in agricultural machinery, many farmers fear that the age old method of ploughing, a symbol of agriculture, could be the thing of the past.
