Ladakh has a population of about 260,000 which is a blend of many different races, predominantly the Tibetans, Mons and the Dards. Ladakh is a region of Jammu and Kashmir, the northernmost state of the Republic of India. Nestled between the Kunlun Mountain ranges and the Himalayas, Ladakh boasts of innumerable vistas ranging from lakes to mountains and valleys.
