Being an IAS officer, Padma Shri Awardee Shovana Narayan, is also a renowned Kathak dancer. Do you face any conflict in being involved so deeply in the Indian culture and being married to an Austrian? Shovana Narayan says "No, no there is no conflict because no matter where you are, you remain the same person and the human values remain the same. Culture if studied deeply is the same, same values, honesty, integrity and love is same everywhere."
