"My first shot was in a temple, where I had to pour milk over idol Nandi,' Mahima Chaudhary Working with Mr. Subhash Ghai, in Pardes, though it is my first movie, he did not make me prepare anything. He wanted me to come blank on the set, so that I don't have to unlearn what I have learned. It is one of the reason why he choose an absolute newcomer so that he can direct me to do exactly what he had envisioned. So I really did not prepare that much. Before the acting career, I had modeled a lot, so it was not unnerving to face a camera, though it is a silent shot, there were not too many people on the set. But the anxiety or nervousness only developed once Mr.Amrish Puri or Shah Rukh Khan was there.
