Tibetan troupe performs 'Utsang Dhingri Gorshy' at Red Panda Winter Carnival in Sikkim. Chief Minister Pawan Chamling inaugurated the Red Panda Winter Festival- 2016 at MG Marg. Tourists in large numbers turned up at the inaugural event also attended bu ministers and officials of the state government, members of the Gangtok Municipal Corporation and the organising committee, tourism stakeholders, officials and staff of the Department of Tourism & Civil Aviation. In his welcome address, Secretary for Tourism & Civil Aviation C Zangpo thanked the chief minister for taking time out of his busy schedule to attend the opening function.
