Arshad Warsi- Raj Kaushal is a very lovely person. I always have a thing for myself- If you are very talented but not a good person then I will not work with you, even if you are not so talented but a good person then I will work with you. So, for me, to be a good person is very important because I build relationships or friendships working with them for months or years and it influences/hampers you in life. Raj is a good person and technically very sound, respect the actors who work with him farand he gives a lot of liberty to the actors so that they can perform their way best and he never makes you feel pressured work with him.
